Will the Sun begin to Shine on NPs and PAs?

New effort in Congress seeks to “close a loophole” by bringing NPs and PAs into the Sunshine? Is this inevitable since the “transparency” sought by the Sunshine Act has, as part of its rationale, the fact that physicians can prescribe–and now NPs and PAs are gaining that ability?
